A key feature of the Sensorbottle is that it measures the temperature profile (also) inside a thermal wine-like reference liquid and conclusions can be drawn from this about the temperature inside the surrounding wine bottles. For this purpose, three digital immersion sensors measure the temperature of the reference liquid.
