UV rays do nothing to wine - or do they?

The UVA component of sunlight easily penetrates uncoated window glass and ensures that plants can also grow indoors. To put it simply, UVA does not give you a tan, but it does age the skin. We are like wine: its ageing is also accelerated when UVA hits the wine.
It all depends on the right conditions

In addition to the quality of the wine, the storage conditions are crucial for good ageing. An unsuitable wine does not become more storable through good storage. However, an excellent, storable wine can lose everything that makes it special in a very short time if it is stored incorrectly.
