Regardless of whether the custom-made VinoViaVai® Cool in the kitchen niche is intended to accommodate a maximum number of magnum bottles, or the system in the vaulted cellar allows the entire depth of the cellar to be stored from ceiling to floor: with a VinoViaVai® you get the most out of your space.
For the production of the VinoViaVai, we have our sister company on board, which specializes in the design, planning, development and production of high-quality individual furniture. Here, state-of-the-art machines and software support the master carpenters and furniture designers in their work.

An exclusive wine collection is diverse and so are the bottle shapes to be stored. To ensure that every type of bottle finds its place in your VinoViaVai®, the wine cabinet's shelves offer a very special adaptability in the interior design.
Wines are usually stored horizontally to keep the cork moist and allow them to mature well. Our trays ensure horizontal storage and, by pulling out to the front - similar to a drawer - enable a high storage density with ideal storage conditions.
The VinoViaVai® stores each wine bottle individually in a recess designed for the corresponding bottle shape. We have developed a universal contour for our classic individual tray that can accommodate most bottle shapes. This gives you maximum flexibility for later use and filling.
There are also contours for special bottle shapes such as certain prestige champagnes as well as inserts in universal contours to accommodate special formats, such as an insert for storing magnum legged bottles in universal magnum trays. In addition to the intended bottle shape, trays are defined in terms of their depth and the resulting number of bottle storage locations as well as their equipment. Greater flexibility is hardly conceivable.
When stored in our universal trays, the bottles themselves only touch the tray at two points with the bottle body and the bottle neck in a round holder. This ensures optimum protection of the labels against scratching.
You can equip your VinoViaVai® wine cabinet with intelligent technology such as occupancy detection, climate control, motorization and motion detection displays.
We recommend connecting the system to the internet to enable updates and error detection. This also allows the VinoViaVai® cabinet to communicate with the PremiumWineTech cloud.
Warm white, flicker-free LED light strips illuminate the bottles arranged across the viewing direction atmospherically and with the desired intensity. If desired, activation takes place automatically via motion sensors.
Wines react very sensitively to UV light and heating or cooling. Both are very important in the context of wine lighting. On the one hand, many LED lamps, especially the cheaper ones, also emit light radiation in a UVA range that is harmful to the wine and, on the other hand, the light (also from LEDs) generates significant heat. We want and need to minimize both.
All LEDs used in VinoViaVai® furniture have been selected according to the emitted light wave range and their compliance has been tested with UV sensors. If this cannot be achieved, e.g. due to the light color (especially for cold white), we incorporate additional UV protection films in front of the LED strips.
Wines require optimum storage conditions for maximum flavor: a constant room temperature, stable humidity and shielding from harmful UV light. Very few rooms naturally fulfill these factors. Therefore, with VinoViaVai you have the option of planning a highly innovative wine refrigerator.
Whether you keep the climate stable with our Smart Active Ventilation via active air circulation or with an innovative cooling principle that not only cools up to 3 temperature zones gently and stably, but also reacts intelligently to filling and removal in the climate control system.
If required, you can also plan the VinoViaVai® completely without air conditioning or connect it to your building services.
